SEC Quartier Royalmount LP, a private Quebec real estate development and management company, commissioned our teams of specialists to provide construction supervision for the Côte-de-Liesse service road redevelopment project between Devonshire Road and Décarie Boulevard, at the corner of Highways 15 and 40. The project included supervision of sewer (construction), water main, road, lighting and utility work, as well as traffic lights on the Décarie service road and on Royalmount Avenue.
