Situ\u00e9e sur la rive droite de la rivi\u00e8re Laforge, cette installation de 878 MW a n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 la construction de multiples infrastructures, incluant un vaste r\u00e9servoir, des barrages, des digues et un syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le des crues. Ce projet strat\u00e9gique a permis de renforcer la capacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique tout en respectant des normes environnementales rigoureuses.\r\n\r\nPar une coparticipation avec la SEBJ dans un consortium d\u2019experts et sp\u00e9cialistes en gestion de projet et de gestion de la construction, nous avons assur\u00e9 la gestion compl\u00e8te du projet, de l\u2019ing\u00e9nierie \u00e0 la mise en service. Nos \u00e9quipes ont coordonn\u00e9 la construction des infrastructures essentielles, y compris la prise d\u2019eau, les conduites forc\u00e9es souterraines en b\u00e9ton et l\u2019ensemble des ouvrages hydrauliques. Nous avons \u00e9galement supervis\u00e9 l\u2019approvisionnement en \u00e9quipements et mat\u00e9riaux, tout en veillant au respect des normes de qualit\u00e9 et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.\r\n\r\nCe projet d\u2019envergure de la seconde phase de r\u00e9alisation de la Baie James situ\u00e9 \u00e0 450 km de Radisson sur la rivi\u00e8re Laforge en territoire conventionn\u00e9 comprenait une centrale hydro\u00e9lectrique avec six groupes de production.
