Ethic

To ensure that we remain beyond reproach in our business conduct, we have drawn up a Code of Ethics and Integrity in keeping with the highest international standards. We have set up a network of ethics and integrity managers spread across the Group’s entities, who ensure that these rules are respected in our day-to-day business. We have strengthened our monitoring and whistle-blowing systems, to ensure that all staff members are able to find help and advice on these matters as and when needed. To share and discuss best practices, we have also joined Transparency International. We are continuing to hone our organisation and paying special attention to training all our teams, all over the world, in ethics and integrity.

Artelia Group encourages open communication and dialogue within the Group and with its external partners and clients: that’s why the Group has different channels to report in good faith facts, illegal, unethical or dangerous behaviors concerning general interest, people or the company. Amongst these channels, the Group’s employees and stakeholders have access to Artelia Group Integrity Line, an online interface that provides a fully confidential and secure way of reporting in good faith these facts, illegal, unethical or dangerous behaviors concerning general interest, people or the company.
