Our team of professionals offers a full range of services focused on real estate development and strategic support, as well as planning, regulation and urban studies. We carry out preliminary studies, analysis of urban planning regulations and propose an approval strategy. We specialize in the design of development plans, subdivision plans and street sections, the preparation of presentation documents and the modeling of 3D models. We manage applications for regulatory amendments, minor exemptions, site planning and architectural integration (SPAIP), comprehensive development plan (PAE) or special project (PPCMOI). Our strategic support and project management accompany our clients throughout their approval process, during municipal committees and public consultations, until the signing of the memorandum of understanding and the obtaining of building permits.
