Built in 1900 by a wealthy American businessman, the main building has retained its original charm.

Our experts were commissioned to accompany the Manoir through two phases of expansion. The first involved the construction of a spa pavilion and outdoor facilities, while the second involved the construction of a brand-new hotel pavilion. The challenge for the Manoir was to integrate a series of modern leisure facilities (pool, whirlpool and sauna), while preserving the historic and natural setting of the establishment.Our teams were responsible for a variety of tasks, including civil works and utilities integration (water and sanitary sewer infrastructure and underground electrical service), structural work, landscaping and materials control for the entire project.In addition, our urban planning experts led complex regulatory modifications and ensured that several discretionary approvals were obtained to allow the desired project to proceed. Finally, our experts played a key coordinating role within the multidisciplinary team.
