The redevelopment of route 241 and de Bromont boulevard is a key project to improve traffic flow and safety at a vital intersection for the city. Bromont, renowned for its dynamism and outdoor activities, attracts a growing number of residents, tourists and sports enthusiasts every year. The intersection in question, located at a key point in the road network, plays a vital role for motorists and cyclists heading for the mountains or charming Vieux-Bromont. The work is designed to modernize the infrastructure, reduce congestion and improve safety.
Artelia was commissioned to design and carry out the redevelopment work, including the addition of turning lanes, central medians and the modernization of traffic lights. This multidisciplinary mandate also included the development of a new bicycle path, the coordination of a retaining wall near the bridge, and the installation of decorative lighting. Thanks to our expertise, we were able to maintain traffic flow and protect the environment throughout the project, thereby contributing to Bromont’s enhanced quality of life.
Driven by our values of technical excellence, proximity to clients and entrepreneurial spirit, we are more than ever determined to be a company that is useful to the world and to people, and that contributes to have a positive impact on the environment and society.
