Located in the heart of the Ekuanitshit (Mingan) aboriginal community, the Kuessipan Family House is an essential place for families seeking support and resources. Since its creation in 2014, this house has offered crucial services such as Meals-on-Wheels, a food counter, and a thrift store. However, the community’s growing needs have made it necessary to construct a new building, more spacious and better adapted to the needs of the local population.
The Ekuanitshit Innu Council commissioned our team to design and supervise the construction of this new community center. This modern, single-storey building will house a dozen offices, a multi-purpose room, a community kitchen, as well as a laundry and clothing counter. This project is much more than a simple construction; it represents a commitment to the well-being and sustainable development of the Ekuanitshit community, combining our know-how with a vision of the future for generations to come.
Driven by our values of technical excellence, proximity to clients and entrepreneurial spirit, we are more than ever determined to be a company that is useful to the world and to people, and that contributes to have a positive impact on the environment and society.
