One of the world’s largest oil producers undertook a modernization of its infrastructure to optimize the management of 50 gas extraction sites and 12 intermediate gathering sites. The project involved the installation of an advanced SCADA network, combined with IP transmission and telephony systems, to control and coordinate the equipment and instruments deployed at all sites. Thanks to a fiber-optic network, the sites are now securely and redundantly interconnected, offering continuity of operations in all circumstances. The main control center, equipped with a wall of screens, provides operators with real-time monitoring, essential for guaranteeing the efficiency and safety of operations.
Mandated to handle the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) of this project, our team implemented YOKOGAWA SCADA management systems, CISCO IP telephony, and SIEMENS transmission equipment to ensure seamless coordination of operations. Our services included the supply and integration of all necessary equipment, as well as testing, programming and complete documentation of the installations. We also trained the technical staff to operate these new technologies autonomously, thus contributing to the modernization and efficiency of this major energy infrastructure.
Driven by our values of technical excellence, proximity to clients and entrepreneurial spirit, we are more than ever determined to be a company that is useful to the world and to people, and that contributes to have a positive impact on the environment and society.
