Our colleagues took on the challenge of La Tablée des Chefs’ La Grande Marmite, an inspiring initiative that combines cooking with social impact.
In a dynamic and festive atmosphere, punctuated by a DJ’s music and encouragement from public figures, the team rolled up their sleeves to help prepare meals for people in need. In just one hour, thanks to their efficiency and strong team spirit, our colleagues prepared over 350 bags of soup. These meals will be donated to community organizations, directly contributing to the fight against food insecurity.
Overall, this edition brought together more than 1,000 participants, resulting in the production of 84,000 ready-to-eat soup bags distributed across Quebec through community organizations, while also generating over $377,000 to support children in local schools, thereby directly contributing to the fight against food insecurity.
A simple yet meaningful action that demonstrates the impact collective engagement can have, while strengthening team spirit.
