The library at Montreal’s École de Technologie Supérieure (ETS), a pillar of learning since the late 90s, required a significant transformation to meet evolving modern academic needs. With its two distinct sections for graduate and undergraduate studies, the renovated library now includes 15 fully-equipped workrooms, designed to foster concentration, collaboration and innovation. Three new dedicated spaces – an active learning classroom, a collaborative learning hub, and a multi-purpose exhibition room – further enrich the student experience.
Our team of specialists was responsible for designing and implementing the electrical and mechanical engineering services for this ambitious renovation. Our role was to create the necessary concepts, plans and specifications, while ensuring that the work proceeded smoothly without disrupting library operations. Among the notable achievements, we improved acoustic control, optimized lighting and revealed electromechanical structures for enhanced visual comfort. This project illustrates our recognized expertise in building engineering and our commitment to supporting leading institutions in training the next generation.
Driven by our values of technical excellence, proximity to clients and entrepreneurial spirit, we are more than ever determined to be a company that is useful to the world and to people, and that contributes to have a positive impact on the environment and society.
