Montreal’s Réseau express métropolitain (REM) is an ambitious public transit project designed to transform mobility in the region. This new light rail system, designed to meet the needs of a rapidly growing city, requires a highly reliable communications infrastructure to ensure safety and optimal management of operations. In this context, a critical TETRA-type communications solution was chosen to guarantee secure and continuous exchanges between all the players involved in REM operations.
Our team was commissioned to install, test and commission TETRA radio systems and public safety equipment for REM. We managed the entire project, from logistics to systems integration and validation testing. Our services included the installation of radio cables and antennas, as well as communications and safety equipment. Our experts verified the system’s performance through rigorous tests such as physical, integration and site acceptance tests, ensuring the network’s smooth operation.
Driven by our values of technical excellence, proximity to clients and entrepreneurial spirit, we are more than ever determined to be a company that is useful to the world and to people, and that contributes to have a positive impact on the environment and society.
