In the context of numerous urban redevelopment projects, traffic management and communication with stakeholders become crucial to minimize the impact of the work on surrounding residents and businesses. The City of Montreal wanted to ensure that construction projects were carried out efficiently, while minimizing inconvenience to the community.

Artelia was commissioned to provide a specialized liaison service to manage impacts and maintain traffic flow. Our role included communication strategy, informing citizens, organizing public meetings and managing complaints and requests. By ensuring active monitoring of worksites and mitigation measures, we facilitated coordination between stakeholders and improved the citizen experience throughout the works.
