This tour represents a valuable opportunity to strengthen communication across all our offices and to support even stronger collaboration.

Since taking the helm of our organization, our new CEO, Benoît Baudry, has embarked on an extensive tour of our offices to meet the teams who shape our success on a daily basis. Launched in February, this initiative is fully in line with our corporate strategy to strengthen relationships, promote dialogue, and share a common vision for the future.

Authentic encounters across our regions

Over the past few weeks, Mr. Baudry has visited most of our regional offices, including those in Granby, Quebec City, Trois-Rivières, Laval, Sherbrooke, Saint-Jean, Sainte-Agathe, and Toronto. Wherever he went, he was able to talk directly with the teams, learn about their current projects, and gain a better understanding of the realities specific to each office. These visits gave him a concrete picture of our expertise and a clear understanding of what motivates and drives our teams on a daily basis.

In short, this tour represents a valuable opportunity to strengthen communication across all our offices and to support even stronger collaboration. The resulting exchanges will help to nurture our shared vision and to continue, together, the development of a mobilized and committed organization.
