Artelia well represented at the AFG Grands prix du génie-conseil québécois 2023

Each year at this gala, the AFG brings together experts and professionals from various engineering firms across the province to highlight the engineering expertise of the industry’s best projects. Indeed, this prestigious competition is an extraordinary opportunity to recognize the added value of consulting engineering in the success of projects of all kinds, in collaboration with clients. It’s also an opportunity to highlight the work of multidisciplinary teams, and to showcase the competence, innovative capacity and quality of Quebec’s consulting engineers.

Artelia was well represented again this year, with a project nominated in the Urban Infrastructures category, the “Zone de rencontre Simon-Valois”. This project reclaimed public space for local residents and businesses. By redesigning the road geometry, rebuilding underground infrastructures, adding tree pits and integrating a stage for public events, this metamorphosis now offers a privileged place accessible to all, encouraging active transportation and a greener, more inclusive environment.
