The contract won by Artelia was secured in a highly competitive environment, characterized by the presence of numerous firms specializing in engineering and technical services. The scope of work involves on-the-ground inspection, verification, and validation of overhead and underground distribution systems, including primary and secondary circuit framing, transformer and equipment installations, directional drilling, GPS data collection, and more.
