The project involved the construction of a smart healthcare city in Benguérir, developed for Mohammed VI Polytechnic University. This complex comprises several complementary components, including a university hospital, a rehabilitation center, and a facility dedicated to the elderly, as well as all the clinical and logistical services necessary for their operation.

Artelia supported the project during the construction phase by providing project management and construction supervision, with an integrated approach across technical disciplines. The teams provided expertise in mechanical engineering, plumbing, and medical gas systems, as well as structural engineering and exterior landscaping. Cost estimation was also part of the scope of work. This multidisciplinary effort ensured consistency across all activities, supported high-quality execution, and met the specific requirements of a modern, scalable healthcare complex.
