Located behind Promenade Masson, the Agence de mobilité durable’s parking lots 73, 74 and 75 were redesigned to align them with the City of Montreal’s sustainable development orientations. The aim of the project was to transform these spaces into eco-responsible parking lots, incorporating innovative solutions for rainwater management, landscaping and improved lighting. The main objective was to obtain “ecoresponsible parking” certification from the Conseil Régional en Environnement de Montréal, while maximizing the number of available spaces.

Commissioned to design and carry out this project, our teams offered a complete range of services, from conceptual study to construction supervision. Drawing on our expertise in landscape architecture, stormwater management and urban design, we drew up designs that met sustainability requirements, incorporating planted valleys for natural rainwater management, electric kiosks and relaxation areas for residents. Thanks to rigorous coordination and sustainable solutions, the project reflects a perfect balance between functionality and environmental responsibility.
