To meet the growing needs of its operations, a major oil and gas producer launched a project to extend its large fiber optic transmission network. Linking all the main centers to a central ring, this hybrid network combines TDM and Packet technologies to ensure fluid, secure communication between management, subsidiaries and partners. This strategic development aims to provide a unified and optimized infrastructure, simplifying network operation and maintenance while meeting current and future technological standards and requirements.

Our team was commissioned to provide a complete solution, including a site survey, detailed engineering of functional requirements and management of the installation of around 100 km of optical fiber. We handled all stages of the project, from equipment shipment and installation, through factory acceptance testing (FAT) and site acceptance testing (SAT), to commissioning. Training, technical documentation and a warranty with spare parts management were also provided, guaranteeing a robust and adaptable telecoms network for tomorrow’s requirements.
