Our OHS Technical Manager Jean-François Routhier Côté is a finalist in the Leader category of the CNESST 2024 Grands Prix. We’d like to congratulate him on this fine recognition and for his exemplary work in health and safety.
The CNESST Grands Prix reward leaders who excel in labour standards, pay equity and/or occupational health and safety. Their contribution, concrete actions and positive spin-offs in these fields are essential. Candidates must demonstrate proven personal qualities and professional knowledge. They must have overcome obstacles, acted as role models and agents of change, positively influenced those around them, and distinguished themselves as outstanding leaders.
The Grands Prix selection jury recognized Jean-François’ strategic judgment, skilful change management and precise analysis, which have helped to bring about a corporate culture of safety, proactive risk management and a reduction in accidents. We are proud to see him act as a role model in our industry, sharing his knowledge and integrating OHS at all levels of the company, thus embodying an inspiring and motivating leader at Artelia.
