Collective mosaic installed in Artelia’s Montreal office, created with Atelier Nayan.

The participatory mosaic created during the inauguration of our Montreal office last May has now found its place to shine among us and was recently installed on one of the walls of the Montreal office. Created in collaboration with the artists of Atelier Nayan, this symbolic work embodies our passion for engineering and our roots in the Montreal environment.

Dozens of colleagues, clients, and partners contributed to its creation during the event, making this moment a true reflection of the collaborative spirit that drives us. This unique work incorporates several powerful symbols that convey our passion for engineering and our roots in the local environment. Each element tells a part of our identity, our vision, and our commitment.

A work with multiple symbols

Two trees with interconnected roots and branches

Symbolize the environment, knowledge (through deep roots), collaboration (through branches that come together), the flow of ideas, and growth. These trees respond to and support each other, evoking a living network, just like Artelia.

A large branch connecting the two trees

Forms a bridge between the two trunks, echoing our logo and some of our areas of activity (connecting, building, circulating).

The treetops in the shape of a stylized brain

Evokes creativity, innovation, collective intelligence, and thinking “outside the box” and from a new perspective, while remaining rooted in reality and our environment.

Angular branches integrated into the foliage

Suggest rigor, structure, and the language of engineering, in dialogue with the organic.

The sun in the center

A symbol of energy, cycles, optimism, and renewal, it represents our vision.

An urban grid at the bottom with silhouettes of Montreal

We can recognize the Oratory, the University of Montreal, and the Olympic Stadium. A nod to our local roots and the cultural diversity of the city.

This collective work, now installed in our offices, embodies the values that bring us together and adds a unique touch to our working environment.
