Cet événement a attiré plus de 500 étudiantes et professionnelles pour ouvrir la conversation sur la place de la femme en ingénierie.

Artelia was pleased to be a partner in the Congrès IngénieurE au féminin, organized by the Génie au féminin student committee at the Université de Sherbrooke. The event attracted over 500 participants, bringing together students, professionals and companies to open the conversation on the place of women in engineering.

Our colleagues Justine, Carmen, Rebecca, Alaa and Geneviève proudly represented Artelia on Saturday. They had the opportunity to meet many female students and share their passion for engineering. Their presence at our booth was a great way to showcase our company and discuss our projects and values with participants.

In addition to manning the booth, our colleagues attended several of the dozens of conferences and workshops offered on topics such as “ Women’s leadership in the construction industry ‘, ’ Climbing the ladder in an international engineering company ‘ and ’ Influential leadership – tools and strategy ”.

Congratulations to our colleagues for their active participation and for helping to inspire young women to explore the field of engineering.
