We’re delighted to have been present at the Association des firmes de génie-conseil – Québec (AFG) Rendez-vous du Nouvel An, along with 220 representatives from various Quebec engineering firms. It was a special edition to mark AFG’s 50th anniversary!
The event took place in one of the superb studios of the Cirque Éloize, providing a pleasant networking opportunity for our colleagues. The evening began with a speech by Bernard Bigras, AFG CEO, who set the tone for this exceptional evening. Indeed, AFG had succeeded in creating a memorable event to mark the anniversary, even including a circus show and the filming of a video evocative of its 50 years, which will be added to AFG’s milestones.
Founded in 1974, the Association des firmes de génie-conseil – Québec (AFG) is the voice of the consulting engineering and specialized construction and environmental services industry. It represents firms of all sizes in all regions of Quebec. It aims to unite the strengths of these firms in order to raise the profile of Quebec’s consulting engineering industry and ensure that their expertise is sought out and valued for responsible, sustainable projects.
