Commissioned by real estate developer Plan A, our experts in urban planning, urban infrastructure in Longueuil, and building electricity will contribute to the completion of the Jade project, a development of more than 1,000 rental units spread across seven buildings and part of Candiac’s TOD de la gare.
Located along Highway 15, the Jade project will offer bright rental condos, common areas such as a terrace with a swimming pool, a gym, a daycare center, an urban chalet, and green spaces that promote biodiversity. As part of the TOD de la gare, this project is part of a modern and sustainable vision, a living environment designed to promote collective and active mobility, quality of life, and the harmonious integration of infrastructure. From a technical standpoint, the project is distinguished by the development of a unique underground space to serve all the buildings and the creation of a surface subdivision for a future public street.
