In a fully operational environment, the project focused on the functional renovation of Wing F1 at the Cartierville CHSLD, along with upgrades to the ventilation and air conditioning systems. The work included the expansion of bathrooms, the reconfiguration of common areas, and the optimization of nursing stations to better meet the current and future needs of both staff and residents.
Artelia delivered a series of integrated interventions across resident rooms, shared spaces, and technical installations. The scope included the refurbishment of 44 rooms and their bathrooms, the modernization and expansion of collective spaces such as cafeterias, and the addition of accessible facilities, including washrooms adapted for people with reduced mobility. Mechanical and electrical systems were upgraded, including ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, fire protection, and lighting. Nursing stations were also redesigned to integrate essential services (telecommunications, call systems), contributing to a more functional, safe, and efficient working environment.
